Hi, I am Elize. Based in sunny Durban, South Africa, with some of the best beaches in the world along our breathtaking coasts.

I am an avid beachgoer, whether just for a swim with my kiddo or a SUP outing to ride some waves.

I started SUP Surf Swim in 2018. I am very sensitive to the sun and need to cover up. But I struggled to find long sleeve tops or leggings that were cool enough in our summer heat, yet offered me the sun protection that I needed, together with a beautiful design. All of this, at a good price.

So I decided to start designing my own and found sustainable manufacturers to help me make the items in slow-fashion principles style. It's been a hit and miss since 2018, but I believe the brand is going to be better than ever from 2023.

We are looking to keep expanding our product range with sustainable manufacturers in a slow-fashion (ie. make to order) style.

It's been very important for me to have a print design range that is beautiful on it's own, but can also be paired with solid colours that perfectly match the print designs. That way you can mix and match prints with solid colours, varying them as you please.

Our team is constantly working on new designs - for both adults and kids - and we implement them across all our product ranges as we approve them.
